| USES: Potassium nitrate is used for pyrotechnics, explosives, matches, and specialty fertilizers.
It is also used for modifying tobacco, glass manufacturing, metallurgy, solid rocket propellants, and
food preservative. |

| HANDLING: Dangerous, fire hazard, explosion risk when in
contact with organic materials (fuels). Since no exposure limit has been established
by OSHA and ACGIH, we recommend that our product be treated as a nuisance dust 15mg/m3.
