USES:   Magnesium oxide is used for manufacturing refractory crucibles, firebricks, and magnesia cements. It is also used in boiler scale compounds, powdered oils and casein glues.
 
HANDLING:   Avoid breathing dust. Avoid getting in eyes or on skin. Wash thoroughly after handling. Store in a dry place away from direct sunlight, heat and incompatible materials. Reseal containers immediately after use. Store away from food and beverages. OSHA PEL and ACGIH TLV-TWA have been established at 10mg/m3. See MSDS for additional information.
